Kişiye özel bir video listesi için gereklidir. Ayrıca ebeveyn şifresi cocukların ebeveyn moduna ulaşmasını engellemek için kullanılmaktadır.
Ebeveyn modunda reklam gösterilebilir. Bu amaçla Google Ads gibi üçüncü parti reklam sdk ları kullanılabilir. Bu sdk’lar kişiye özel reklamlar için kullanım verilerinize erişebilir.
Uygulama girişi için telefon numarası ve SMS izni istenebilir. Bu bilgiler sadece uygulamaya giriş yapabilmek için kullanılır ve başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz veya paylaşılmaz.
Bu şartları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı silebilirsiniz.

Abonelik Başlangıcı ve Ücretlendirme: Kullanıcılar, SafeEyes'ın aylık abonelik modeli ile kullanabilirler. Abonelik, kullanıcının aboneliği başlatma işlemi onaylandığında aktif hale gelir ve her ay otomatik olarak yenilenir. Abonelik ücreti, her abonelik döneminin başında kullanıcının kayıtlı ödeme yönteminden tahsil edilir.
Ücretsiz Kullanım Hakları: SafeEyes, belirli promosyon dönemlerinde veya özel koşullar altında kullanıcılara ücretsiz kullanım hakları sunabilir. Bu haklar, belirtilen şartlar çerçevesinde geçerlidir ve herhangi bir ödeme gerektirmez.
İptal Koşulları: Kullanıcılar, aboneliklerini istedikleri zaman [Uygulama Ayarları/Abonelik Yönetimi] bölümünden iptal edebilirler. İptal işlemi gerçekleştirildikten sonra, kullanıcı abonelik döneminin sonuna kadar SafeEyes servislerini kullanmaya devam edebilir.
İade Politikası: Abonelik iptal edilse bile, o ay için zaten tahsil edilen abonelik ücreti için iade yapılmaz. İptal işlemi, yalnızca takip eden dönemler için yapılan abonelik yenilemelerini durdurur ve bu dönemler için herhangi bir ücret tahsil edilmez.

Advertisements might be shown on parent mode. For this purpose some third party SDK can be used such as Google Admob. This SDKs can use your personal data to show you personalalized advertisements.
Phone number and SMS permission may be requested for application entry. This information is only used to log in to the application and is not used or shared for any other purpose.

Subscription Start and Fees: Users can access SafeEyes through a monthly subscription model. The subscription becomes active upon confirmation of the user's initiation process and is automatically renewed each month. The subscription fee is charged at the beginning of each subscription period from the user's registered payment method.
Free Usage Rights: SafeEyes may offer free usage rights during certain promotional periods or under specific conditions. These rights are valid within the specified terms and do not require any payment.
Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the [App Settings/Subscription Management] section. Once the cancellation is processed, the user may continue to use SafeEyes services until the end of the current subscription period.
Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for the already charged subscription fee of the month in which the subscription is cancelled. The cancellation only stops the renewals of the subscription for subsequent periods, and no charges are made for these periods.
Subscription Renewal: At the end of each subscription period, the subscription is automatically renewed, and the relevant subscription fee is charged from the user's registered payment method unless the subscription has been cancelled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds are made for cancelled subscriptions.
